Things to do

* Add list of exception users from being shown on list, autokilled, or both
  (Probably in config file)

* People have asked for connection speeds in the listing, but this
  probably will never happen. The time it would take to do a 
  "show interface slot:xx/mod:xx" on every connected modem would not be
  worth it. Plus, the speed shown is only the upload speed FROM the user,
  not the download speed, so you wont see anything above 33600 anyway.
